DIY Body Work:

Here's my first real attempt at welding and metal work.  I picked up a Lincoln SP-135 Plus mig welder, a Speedglas auto-darkening helmet, and a tank of CO2/Argon gas from the local welding shop.   I spent the good part of a week reading everything I could find on welding -- and welding every scrap of steel I could get my hands on.  After a few weeks of practice, I finally got up the nerve to strike an arc on my car.  The welding was a little rough at first, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly and the welds (and warping) got a lot better.

Now that the major metalwork is done and all of the Creative Car Craft fiberglass body panels are pre-fit, it's time to send the car off for some paint...
